Decaf, Mexico, Chiapas

We taste: milk chocolate, honey graham, candied lemon

This decaf coffee comes from small farms in Mexico's Chiapas region, grown at high altitudes between 1200 and 1900 meters. It features traditional Typica and Bourbon varieties, along with Caturra and Catuaí. Each farmer processes their beans using small-scale methods, including natural drying. Organically grown, this coffee is decaffeinated through the Mountain Water Process, removing 99.9% of caffeine while maintaining unique flavor qualities.
