Brazil, Reinaldo Gomes, Natural

Reinaldo Gomes grew up on his family’s coffee farm in Alta Mogiana, learning every step of the process from his dad. Now, he runs the farm with his 20-year-old son, keeping the family tradition alive. Their farm, Nossa Senhora da Aparecida, sits high at 850 meters and grows Cauaí and Mundo Novo beans. They use a natural process that keeps the coffee cherries whole, resulting in a rich, smooth coffee with low acidity—perfect for a bold espresso or a cozy morning cup.

Brewing Method Recommendation: Espresso and filter brew are our favorites methods for this tropical coffee.
