Will it it upend a master barista's pour over brewed within a gram of a perfect recipe? No. But when we handed out samples at the 2019 San Francisco Coffee Festival, the overwhelming majority couldn't believe it was instant.
So why would we do this with such great coffee? For starters, it's delicious. Also, we wanted to see how good instant could be. And maybe most importantly, we wanted to make the best specialty coffee accessible to everyone.
