Much like a single hop craft beer, this unique and delicious coffee highlights the Wolisho variety of coffee with a range of citrus, berries, fig, and delicate floral aroma. Annual production from this small farmer group is around 700 bags. The group is located in the Kercha district of the Guji region which is known for producing elegant, fruit forward coffees. This particular lot was manually picked and processed by drying the coffee seeds in their fruit (natural process) on raised beds.
