We love how this decaf shows all the regional flavor character we come to expect out of the full decaf version. This classic Ethiopia Sidamo coffee features flavors of blueberry, dark chocolate, and aroma of mountain flowers. It's wonderful with or without milks.

Brew Time: 4:00 is a good target on Kalita wave
Grind Note: This coffee requires a slightly coarser grind than normal for pourover. We suggest using the ratio above and adjusting coarseness to hit brew time. If you're still running over 4 minutes, keep going coarser on grind.
