This sampler is anchored by a rare and uniquely tasting coffee from the El Diamante (The Diamond) farm parcel of Finca El Cerro produced by Carlos Fernandez Morera. The flavor combination of summer berry, fall cinnamon toast and baked apple is perfect for transitioning between the seasons .
Choosing just one coffee can be hard, so we put together this package containing three 4oz bags (12oz total) of whole bean coffee representing each of our three coffee collections. Coffee offerings will change seasonally based on availability and we will update this product description as soon as possible.
Honduras, Marcala (COMSA): Chuggable. A warm coffee hug. The COMSA organization utilizes organic farming practices and technical support for small farmers to improve quality of coffee and quality of lives. It's clearly working there in both regards and we're excited to share this particularly wonderful cup.
Brazil, Chapada Diamantina, Fazenda Floresta (92pts Coffee Review): Low, but delightful acidity with amazing floral and tropical fruit. Clint makes a pour over for himself every morning and a cappuccino for his wife with it. Call it his spirit coffee, I suppose.
