The Story

Wait, this is decaf?!? Yes it is, and we are very excited to roast this coffee for you. We spend quite a bit of time sourcing decaf that is every bit as delicious as our fully caffeinated offerings. This classic Ethiopian coffee features flavors of berries, oolong tea, dried mixed fruits, and melted chocolate.

Brew Ratio: 16 to 1 water to coffee by weight
Brew Time: 4:00 is a good place to start.
Grind Note: This coffee may require a coarser grind than normal for pourover. We suggest using the ratio above and adjusting coarseness to hit brew time. If you're still running over 4 minutes and find that it tastes a little bitter, keep going coarser on grind
