    The Story

    The El Vapor coffee lot was sourced from Cooperativa de  de Caficultores de Dota R.L (CoopeDota ), which was founded in 1960, and has 850 members (with about 5 acre farms) living throughout the canton of Dota within the province of San Jose, Costa Rica.  CoopeDota strives for a sustainable economic impact in the community through the creation of jobs.

    Brewing Guide:
    • Coffee: · 15g (about 2 tablespoons of whole beans)
    • Water: · 240g (about 8oz)
    • Ratio: 16 to 1, water to coffee is really nice
    • Brew Time: 4:00 minutes
    • Notes: This method creates a deeper chocolate base.
