Colombia, Palestina, Pink Bourbon, Special Process

Sourced from eight small-scale producers in Huila, this Pink Bourbon blend represents a collaborative approach to exceptional coffee. Each farmer operates their own micro-mill, employing natural processing methods that begin with selective cherry sorting and fourteen-hour fermentation in controlled tanks, followed by careful bed-drying. Terra Coffee SAS provides critical post-harvest oversight and sensory evaluation, while Mastercol facilitates essential infrastructure—milling, warehousing, and export logistics—that connects these producers to international markets. The result strengthens farmer economics, enabling reinvestment in their operations and communities while delivering a coffee with distinctive terroir-driven complexity and traceability you can trust.
